I've just finished my undergrad at UVic and I have to say Dr. Bryan was definitely the best prof I had. He teaches classes in such a way that to this day I'll experience something or think about something or have an epiphany: 'so that's what Brad Bryan was talking about in POLI 220!'. I look back to his lectures every time I learn something new.

Concise, yet cryptic Brad is the Best prof at Uvic, hand's down. He is brilliant at engaging students, meeting us at our level, and challenging us to do our best. His lectures are art. Nietzsche came alive in a tragically beautiful way during this class.

made political theory course material continuous, like a well-taught science. kind of a get the whole thing or get nothing at all deal, not memorization and regurgitation. funny, charming guy. respectful of class input even when he shouldn't

Best prof ever. Seriously. I have little to no interest in poli.sci, but i'd take it just to listen to him. I practically want to go to law school to take his classes. Super good looking, super interesting, i learned a lot, and loved it!

I am so in love with this man. I took Poli 202 with him first Term 2008. I was never really interested in Political theory before taking it. It was a really interesting class, and the work load was decent. I loved how short his assignments were, definitely taught me to get to the point of what I was trying to say. Also, THE HOTTEST PROF EVER.

Even though the class was during a short summer semester he still managed to get through a huge course load while keeping everyone, for the most part, on the same page. Office hours were sort of unnecessary since the workload was light, but the best part was that his exams were more exercises in applying the concepts than merely regurgitating them

Interesting prof who has a lot of insight into life. The class took a good week to get used to. Its not your average layout, very scattered and makes you think for yourself. But truly, I think it is very practical, life is not really layed out, so why should the class be. I think the ideas he talked about was very relevent. Very hot prof too!

The course was a fun one to take, but it was all over the place. I would be surprised if there was even a curriculum b/c i never really knew what was going on. Tough marker aswell, especially since its mainly your opinion.

Students asking too many questions and not getting through the material. That is what tutorials are for. Am so much more confused when I go to class for this reason. Other than that, he is a nice guy and some say cute.

What a mess. Don't take the class if you want organization and straight-forward, comprehensible knowledge. However, Brad's a fantastic guy. His insights are refreshing and hilarious, and the course is really interesting. Still, the course was a mess.

OMIGod, you have to hear him tell the story about his old roommate on the bus who saw someone fall out. VERY FUNNY. I am scared for the mid term beacause i am not sure if i know what the hell i am doing, kinda like socrates, i know i know nothing. VERY HOT lol, makes the class way more interesting. He likes ice cream and talks about it a lot.
