Clint was good but particular on what he wants. He's not always clear on what he wants or what he's looking for. We drew a lot of cardboard boxes and shapes. He doesn't give you any freedom to draw what you want. Good guy but seemed kind of unsure of what he wanted.

Clint's lectures sometimes can be long and seem irrelevant. I didn't feel that I learned much in this class, nor did my painting improve. Although he is very approachable he doesn't give much suggestion or feedback and his marking techniques are quite unclear. This class is manageable and does not require much work out of class.

Clint's assignments are boring I feel I got precious little out of the class while he was teaching. He didn't offer great feedback or anything constructive. I found him very dry and un-inspiring, not motivating at all. Did NOT like him.

if you can power through painting boxes. and give a 60% effort youll do fine. he looks for the positive in your work. even if it is a big burnt lop if sh*t. hell find something good about it.

Clint was quite the character! He's funny, but lots of his assignments are boring. You are guaranteed 70 if you show up and work hard, but he doesn't give 90's (which I'm used to), only Rembrant can get 100%. His taste in music consists of Celtic, Celtic, and MORE Celtic! Overall fun class but hard marker

His feedback is worthless. He'll tell you your painting is too brushy or has a good amount of wonkiness, but won't give you any concrete ideas for improvement. This makes class difficult to learn from or enjoy. The projects he picks aren't much fun either, but they do help you improve over a long period of time.
