C. Ramey is a very sporadic and unorganized professor. Hated going to her class because I never knew what to expect. Group seminars are part of your grade, but she talks so much that it makes it difficult to respond to her questions. Various papers throughout the semester without a real sense of direction. She grades them very harshly as well. GL.

I loved this class. Mrs. Ramey is one of the sweetest teachers at Campbell. She may be unorganized but she will do anything to help you out with papers! She even takes a lot of time outside of class to meet with you. Be ready to talk though, lots of class discussions! But a great class!

Do not take. She is so unclear on what she wants in her essays, I had to guess everytime. She is all over the place and as an organized person, I can't stand that. She knows what she's talking about, if only she could help students understand too. You won't know your grade till the end. Avoid.

She is not a very good teacher. I really enjoy English, but she is hard to follow. I got an A, so I have nothing against her in that sense, but I really hated going to the class everyday. You just never know what is going on and you have to do a lot of stupid small stuff just to make work. Many people on here said she didn't give much work. Wrong!

Great teacher... 4 short essays and 1 research paper, fair grading, however I had no clue what my grade was until the end of the semester because she was bad about handing back papers. But, I would take her class again!

she's a good teacher and makes the class fun, but she will give you a truckload of work all at once. sometimes, it's hard to follow her b/c, it's like her brain is going crazy--her thoughts are sporadic. do your homework, read, come to class prepared, and you'll do pretty good.

She requires you to "think" on your own, but when you leave the course you're thankful. VERY HELPFUL. She tells you what she wants and gives such good tips on writing in general, that help you in your other classes.
