He does not get preachy. He's very focused. His class is very easy to understand and follow. However, you have to take good notes. If you can type fast and listen at the same time, bring your laptop. The midterm and final will be taken directly from your notes. Do the homework and take advantage of the extra credits.

Awesome professor. You will learn a lot in his class. There are four papers that are worth 50% of your final grade. There is a midterm and a final which are worth 25% each on your final grade. If you screw up on a test or paper, you can do extra credit, which actually helps. I took this class on Saturdays. I got an A. Take this class!!

Super easy class. I took him on saturday and it was worth it. He essentially gave out the Midterm....so there was no way you could fail. He knows his stuff..and is funny. Highly recommend!

hes really not that bad, i took him for SAT class, its 50% reports-which is answering questions from a book and 50% test- his test are oka, the essays are easy but the vocab is tricky. hes an b+/A- kinda prof, juz do you work on time, it dosnt take long to do

I took him for Sat. class and lets just say he ruined the thought of once a week class no biggie. He gave a load of books to read and a the test were unclear. The class was full of a lot older ppl his age so I guess he was just trying to impress them.. I got a B and I did everything by the book, its a sucky class dont take =X

I think having him on a Sat. ruined it for me. He is a really nice guy, but he gives a****load of utterly boring material to read. There is a lot of reading & writing involved. He gives you all test questions b4 the exam. I got a D for being a lazy bum (despite a 95 on the final). Take Marilyn martone instead. She's amazing.

He is a good professor but too liberal for my taste. Let's face it, if you are teaching in a Catholic University, you should not teach your liberal views. Students who are not Catholic will get the wrong idea about Catholicism. Stick to the Bible without your views. It would be a more intersting class.
