I am a UNF student but took financial and managerial accounting with Professor Moore. He is the best professor that I've had. He explains every step and checks if everyone understands. If you do not pass his class it's because you didn't try or you didn't speak up.

Take this guy. He's very chill, has no problem explaining the concept further if you need it. Hilarious stories. Keep asking questions and take good notes. He'll make sure you'll understand Financial Acct and give you a strong foundation.

If you need to take an Accounting or Business course, I would totally recommend Professor Moore. He is very knowledgeable and integrates current events into class to illustrate concepts. Also, he helps to break the concepts to help students better understand them. His sense of humor is more on the dry side, so try not to take every word seriously!

Took this professor for both accounting courses and couldn't be happier. His grading is more than fair. He is very straightforward and outspoken. Again, if you're easily hurt, you need not apply. 4 tests - 1 drop. 12 quizzes - 2 drops. 10 discussions - no replies. Offered a very colorful extra credit assignment towards the end. Classes fill quickly

Professor Moore is one of the best professors that I have ever had. He cares about his students and our success. If you get a chance, you would be doing yourself a favor if you take him. He is very knowledgeable and is always available to help and answer your questions.

Extremely intelligent man. He cares a bunch about your success as well. Grading is clear cut. He will drop 1 of 4 tests. Homework is not graded but is offered. His lectures and tutorials are on BB for extra help. His feedback is instant, as well as grading. His antics make taking an accounting course fun. Easily hurt folks need not apply.

I used to get tutored by Prof. Moore in the math lab so I took his online Managerial Acct. class. He is a VERY sweet man and genuinely cares about the student's success. He replies to emails fast and the course didn't require much work besides reading. Your grade is mostly on your test grades (3 tries per test). I highly recommend him.

Especially considering I took the class on a Saturday morning, the class was VERY boring. So boring I stop showing up like 10 other people. B/C I couldn't focus or learn anything. Sitting in Professor Moore's lectures were definitely an educational experience. His lesson plans are easy to follow and as long as you read the material and listen you will surely pass this class,also Professor Moore makes it interesting and he really works with you so that you understand. 1 Chapter a week. Two discussion board posts a week and 4 exams total with 3 tries each with last attempt as grade. He is funny and helpful. Make sure to do the homework and you will need the book. Make sure to study for tests. If you do not come to class you will not understand.
