Has a lot of knowledge. Knows what hes talking about. He can teach however his exams are nothing like what we practice in class. Hes making people hate finance and makes the subject very difficult. I never rated a professor in my life. Avoid at all costs if you want to maintain your gpa or not waste money repeating the course.

Questions on exams are much harder than anything practiced in class. Pretty much have to teach yourself. Professor is very knowledgeable but has no idea how to teach a class. Handwriting is atrocious and he is impossible to follow on the board. Show up to class, try and get above a 50 on the tests/quizzes and you should pass with the curve.

Very great class that prepares you for the real world!! If you dont like the subject you're gonna hate this class with Sintim. Teaches a little fast and is messy on the board. Make sure to have a clear view of the board. Take good notes. 3 exams, 2 quizes. One exam is dropped. Extra credit is given. Some exam questions come from txtbk problem

Listen, this professor is not hard, but he does not give handouts. He wants to see his students trying to be successful. I never miss class because what he teaches in class is nearly identical to what is on the tests. Not only will you have to study for a decent grade like every other 300-level class, but he's great at answering questions. 8/10

This professor is difficult. Not an easy A but I must say I did learn a lot. Tests are difficult than what was covered in class, no obvious answers. A lot of word problems. Make sure to take finance 322 before taking 326 or you will be lost. Do the HW and try you're best to pass everything. Got a B- by some miracle

I would strongly advise taking another instructor for this course. He is just not that into teaching. Just a paycheck for this guy. Know your algebra!!! It is a MUST that you know how to play around with equations. He will definitely make you feel like an ass if you dont. Also, Quizes should be called exams and exams should be called dissertations.

It was an interesting class can't say I didn't learn or enjoy the material. currently waiting for the final in a few days and its nerve racking since my average now is 56, I failed both quizes. All I can say is the guy has high expectations.s Expects you to know the concept at expert level before exams and test you on application.

This class is very hard, especially if you're not interested in econ, but he's nice and apparently he curves a lot. I literally got a D or F on every test and quiz but did all of my homeworks (5 of them) and passed with a C+ which was very generous of him!

Material is VERY HARD. Teacher understand material, but is ok at teaching it. Expects you to know most of it. He will not review anything from prior classes. So make sure you know FINC321 to a tee prior to this class. Gives quizes and bonus homework probs. 2 tests, drops lowest grade. A lot of work and effort. He will push you.

It is a shame prof. Sintim teaches at Montclair. You will be in for a big surprize for the worst, half the class dropped, He feels good if you fail and will do eveything in his power for you to fail. The tests are not what he teaches, if you ask smth, he makes you look stupid.

Before taking this class I was panicking because all of the negative comments I've heard about this guy and I must admit he is not that bad. I mean he is not easy & you have to put in the time. Horrible, Horrible Teacher. Has a deep accent, does not follow the book at all, which is also useless. Uses different formulas for the notes, text, and tests. Probally cannot avoid him, but do it if you can at all costs. The tests do not match the lectures at all.

Listen and turn on your thinking caps for this guy. He forces you to learn. He is a little disorganized, but very knowledgable. He drops lowest test grade and pretty sure he curves. If you want to learn take him. He uses the KISS method to help you understand. Oh yea he grades your HW. I didn't like, but this is college.
