He's probably the greatest professor at western. His lectures are great, and if you do your job, you'll get an A. He goes out of his way to give you paper lectures, and if you have him in class, he goes over his paper lectures with you. Practice the example on your lectures slides and you should be straight for the tests. That man is funny too.

Here is the deal. If you want to pass this class, I would recommend this as the only class you take during that semester. There are 4 test, 40 multiple choice questions, and a 3 hour time limit per test. You will use at least 2 hours to complete each test. You cannot use notes or formulas and there are several formulas for each test to memorize. Make sure you study the lectures and work all problems in the book, not just the ones assigned for homework.

Hard to understand so he does not answer questions very well. Homework is easy if you go to class everyday and take GOOD notes. Exams are not so easy. For the exams make sure you use the study guides, they are the exams!!!

Make sure you attend every class. The notes will help you out big time on the exams. Homework assignments get hard and confusing. I would NOT recommend him but he is currently the only teacher for this class.

Dr. Lee is amazing! He is very fair and wants all of students to succeed. If you have any questions over anything, ASK HIM, HE WILL HELP! There are not that many opportunities for points so make sure u give 100% to even your small assignments. You can use a formula sheet on exams! I only used the book once. Sit in the front row. It'll be worth it.

Dr. Lee is a master of his craft. He knows so much about finance. He is one of the advisers for the Western Investment Group, and although he is quiet, he is the most knowledgeable investment banking professor Western Illinois has. Class is easy so long as you attend and take copious notes. Do not take unless you have a strong math background.

Provides handouts for note taking and EVERY question for the tests comes from the notes...you don't need the book except for the homework so split the cost with someone if you can...attendance isn't mandatory but it helps if you go to class...his class is only based on a 200 point scale, 150 for 3 tests and 50 for homework...cheet sheet for tests!!

Nice guy. knows material well but just isn't fluent in english. Simply can't respond to questions or convey meaning. 50% of our questions were met with a blank stare or an"i don't understand your question". A total language problem. This is the first time he taught the course, maybe he'll get better.

not a bad teacher. show up to class and do all the work and easily get an B and not that hard to get an A. Lets you makeup test questions that you get wrong sometimes.
