Took him for intro to soc. Very good class especially if your class gets involved in the discussion. If not it does drag. STUDY STUDY STUDY the vocab the test were all multiple choice and essay questions very easy. Offers extra credit. Would recommend to anyone who looking for a easy grade but still get info.

Lectures are boring and pointless and have little to nothing to do with the material needed for the tests and quizzes. Very difficult to follow. Does not build a good rapport with his students; it's almost as though he tries to be obnoxious. Will go ballistic if you dare to be five minutes late to class and will not accept even a legitimate excuse.

From comparison to other sociology teachers at OCCC, possibly the easiest one. He talks and talks, and you do have to read (or at least know the main terms), but the quizzes and tests are simple. If you need this class, take Solomon.
