For whatever reasons she has great reviews on here, but I think she is absolutely horrible. A very old condescending woman who can make you feel like the most dumb person for asking a question.

Seems to be a good professor and has willingness to help. The class was an intermediate between Pre-Calc & Calc. If you have taken Calc then you'll breeze through the tests. They are similar to her practice tests.

The book is awful! No hope there at all. She did not do a very good job of presenting the material. I had to get a tutor every night to just make it through the homework. I'm a math major and struggled with her teaching style...

Ignore what some people may say, all math professors will probably get a bad rap. Baldwin is an awesome professor, she actually tries to make sure everyone gets the material before moving on so ask questions! She's really nice.

The ONLY math professor I ever had who made lessons clear enough for me to understand the first time! The book was totally confusing but she always explained things adequately in class. She really cares about students learning the material!
