If you ever have a math class, go with this guy. 1: He actually cares about what he teaches and how his students are doing(and is hilarious) 2: He explains things very clearly and in multiple ways so everyone can understand(he's not repetitive, it feels like something new each time) 3: Best of all.. NO MYMATHLAB!!!! He deserves a medal.

Very interested in his students' understanding of the material. Will take the time to answer every question, either during or outside of class. Has realistic expectations for tests and exams (meaning you should study to earn a 3.0). Makes class enjoyable and calculus almost fun. Would highly recommend.

Seriously, if you have any issues with math (or none at all) this is the professor for you. He breaks down EVERYTHING if you have issues with a concept at least three different ways. He knows his stuff, and is willing to go out of his way to help. Highly suggested.

This guy definitely knows his stuff and he's a very positive, helpful person. He goes pretty fast at times though and assigns homework that covers material not mentioned or talked about in class sometimes. He'll always answer ALL questions though and makes me understand calculus MUCH more than I have before.

Not only does Jerome go above and beyond in the classroom, but he is also eager and willing to help his students outside of class. Before moving on to the next topic in class, he always verifies that everyone understands. Do speak up if you don't! He will be happy to help. If you're taking math at JCC, take it with Jerome! Best Math teacher i've ever had, no question. I struggled through math all thruoghout grade school. took Precalc and Calc with Jerome freshman year. 3.5 for both. seriously if you have to take Math, take it with Jerome. he is EXTREMELY helpful. girl in class never listened to lecture, asked him about a prob. broke it down 6 times till she got it.

I failed this same class at a different, well known, high class university. After taking it at JCC, and with Jerome's help, I became one of the top scorers in the class, receiving a 103 on the hardest test of the year, and over a 90 on the final exam. This man is an amazing teacher. For Realz, yo.

Jerome is the greatest teacher at JCC. He is extremely helpful and understanding. He would stay after class to help me understand the material. During class he would put a problem on the overhead to do and he would walk around the class and help anyone who needed it. He loves math ALOT.
