There was a lot of independent work, moving through the songs on the piano. In order to finish learning all the songs and performing them for her, you really need to attend most classes. She is very helpful if you need it, but you're able to work on your own for the majority of the time. She's clear about what's on the exams & final is optional.

This teacher was awful to me on the first day of class it seems like she knows a lot about music and theory. But she literally called me out in front of everyone and made the class very uncomfortable. Easy class, good for a gen Ed

This woman is EXTREMELY informative. Knows music theory inside and out. Takes a bit to get to know her, but once you do she is very very helpful. Also an unbelievable organist.

Shes so much better than the chapel choir director. I dont think I couldve stayed in that choir any longer than I had too. Graveline is soo nice though. Easy way to boost your GPA

She's awesome. So nice. Teaches triads of all sorts, which is very helpful if you know basic sheet music meanings. Really loves what she does, lets it be basically our group, not hers. On the side shes also taught me alot upon my initiating the conversation.

She is a very nice lady and always excited about us as a group. Could make the group work more on basic principles of performing, but she is still a good teacher. Class can usually feel long, but it is mostly the fact that it is right before dinner.

SOOOOOO nice, and very helpful. Come to class, listen, and do the homework and you are good. Doesn't assign alot of work, but if you don't do it, you will have trouble...mainly because it is all memorization of songs and such and its easy if you do it ahead of time! highly recomended!

extremly nice. I give her credit for teaching my section, because many kids simply did not do the work. She is extremly fair, does not assign excessive work, and when you do the work she def rewards you for it. I highly recomend her!!
