He knows what he's teaching and he's really considerate for his students. There are 3 exams and one huge group project (you can either choose your team or he'll choose for you). He says this class is the class where group projects work, and my group project experience for this class was actually really good. He's a good prof but lots of work!!

Dr. Behson is very enthusiastic and makes class interesting. He has a ton of experience; and if you pay attention, you will learn a lot. He assigns readings, which you are tested on. Topics are clear as long as you have the textbook and look at his slides. There is a group project worth 1/3 of your grade. Most practical class I have taken thus far

If you have the chance to take Professor Behson, do it! He is an awesome professor, I wish more were like him. He truly loves what he teaches and it shows. He explains concepts very clear. He lectures a lot but makes them interesting. Study for the exams and you will pass with flying colors. If you put in the same effort he does, you will be fine.

Lecture heavy & a decent amount of work but if you have an interest in HR or MGMT I strongly suggest taking him. He really cares about the success of his students and tries to make lectures/content interesting.

Comment:

Behson is one of the best management professors, He always answers student's questions and he emails right away. There are 3 short papers throughout the semester and there is a five minute presentation. His exams are a lot, and take all the class time to finish. Needed the textbook but his powerpoints are very detailed.

he doesnt give any information, you have to check everything in the syllabus. unclear homework. he doesnt let you use the restroom during the 2:30 hours exam! you have to write a lot of essays fot the exams. I took OB with him and the subject ia very easy but he wants to make it difficult in a way or another

Dr. Behson is one if not the best professor at FDU. I have taken him for multiple classes over the past two years and there isn't another professor here who cares more then he does. He is so into teaching and loves it! He is very sweet and loves to help you. You have to work for your grade but he makes it fun and easy. He's truly incredible!!

Great Teacher. Knows everything about what he teaches. Lectures are boring (especially if you get stuck with the 2.5 hr class). Expects everyone to participate. Tough grader. Tries to make the class more interesting and fun. Quizes based on reading so make sure you read! Don't take his class if you want to wing the class.
