I just got accepted into medical school and to this date my freshmen year chem class with her was the hardest class I have ever taken, DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS. If you do you will not do well and end up hating chemistry

She is terrible. She reads right off powerpoints which end up being completely irrelevant to her exams. She teaches like she is talking to colleges not students. Do not take any class with her if you can avoid it. Also don't expect her to be on time.

I just finished spring semester w/her. She is the absolute most horrible teacher in the world. Dr. Weldon if you happen to read the reviews & since you DO NOT CARE, I feel sorry for you. You're a burnout, for our future PLEASE quit. I'm going to buy you a bottle for your bday. Before you come to class - DRINK LOTS. Have a good day. DO NOT TAKE HER.

If you do not have to take this professor, then do not. Especially if you don't do well in Chemistry. She is terrible at explaining things, gets pissy when you ask her to go through a problem, and never tells you what you have done wrong on your lab. Only that you need to go through and do parts of it again. She is terrible, do not take her!

This teacher was absoutely terrible. I had her for Chem 140 lab. Always late, hard quizes, doesn't care about her students understand of the material. She is extremely lazy, and if you ask for help, she will refuse to help you. She is the worst chem professor and will make you hate chemistry. DO NOT TAKE LAB WITH HER!

This teacher is HORRIBLE. She was my lab teacher for CHE140. I loved chem before I took this class, but she completely ruined it to the point that I made an appointment with my adviser to change my major... All she did was confuse us. She picks favorites and is a terrible teacher. Good luck to anyone who has her.

This is coming from an A/B student. I received a D in this class. It was TERRIBLE! I think biochem is interesting but she ruined it. This class was by far the hardest class EVER and really ruined my semester and GPA. Don't take Dr. Weldon. She is super last minute and her exams are unrelated to what is taught. She also picks favorites.

Weldon wrote the good review because no one would think that! This lady is horrible dont go to class she reads from power points and if you have a question she doesn't know! she wait to the last minute for EVERYTHING! Two days before a test you get all your HW, quizzes and study guide and you get 24hrs to learn and complete! THE WORST EVER!!!

she is a very mean teacher. she doesnt like questions and she has no sympathy for anyone. i had a chemical burn on my chest and a scabby chest for 2 weeks. she said i would be fine...the labs are the worst part of my week!! drop now!

She is deffinitely not very good, this proves to all of us that it does NOT take a genious to earn a PhD. She cannot explain most of what she teaches. When someone asks a question of her, 80% of the time she talks in circles and never actually answers the question. Very inconsistent grader.

Go to class everyday! strays from topics regularly, but interested in personal lives. Tries to be helpful on questions, and holds study groups when necassary. All tests were on monday mornings. NEED TO READ THE BOOK. Try to make study groups at the beggining of the year, will need them.
