Dr. Borecky is a great lecturer. His classes never felt long because he always keeps students engaged. He uses personal, funny stories to explain concepts. His tests are rather difficult, but as long as you pay attention and take a lot of notes, youll be fine.

He loves referencing to some examples to make his criteria and lectures more easily understandable. He likes to bring up his dog for some examples and hes intimidating to speak to, but fair and negotiable.

Comment:

Professor Borecky was my favorite teacher this semester. He hits every point in lecture that is going to be on the test, and hints at what is most important. The day before the test, he gives you how many questions of each section will be on the test. He lets you keep your tests to study for the final.

Dr. B is an amazing professor. He has charisma and explains the concepts in a clear, organized manner. His tests are tricky if you don't study so make sure you don't wait until the last minute. If you can take him for Gross Anatomy DO IT! I loved all of his classes. He really cares about the success of his students.

Great Teacher!!! He made this class worth going to because the time has not the best! He will make you laugh and he does care about you as a student! He is also really understanding of things going on in your life! One of Carlow's best teachers!

Dr. B is the best professor I've ever had. He gives lectures using an outline and barely looks at it...that's how intelligent he is. He doesn't read off anything and he gives you everything you need for the tests it is up to you to study. If you graduate, do well, and have recommendations from him you will be set. He is very well known at Pitt.

Borecky is great at teaching a tough yet very fair class. All of his questions come directly from his notes and lectures. If you learn all of your notes you will get an A on everything. There is no trick questions. Great teacher.... allowed to drop your lowest test grade and lowest quiz grade. Need a 94% FOR an A not a 92.5

I have had Dr. B for many classes, and he was amazing in all of them. He is overly helpful and extremely clear in lecture. His tests are not super hard if you study and take good notes. But, they are not easy either. He actually tests your knowledge. Best professor I've had in my 15 years of school!

I had dr. borecky for A&P over the summer at Pitt. He is a very good lecturer and very funny. I wish he taught at Pitt instead of Carlow so I could have taken more of his classes. A lot of science professors at Pitt think they are some sort of genius celebrities and are too egotistical, which makes them lousy profs and encourages brownnosing.
