Dr. Todd is a very nice guy. He is very lecture heavy though. He is a very knowledgable guy. WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING THAT HE SAYS. He doesn't always get to finish what he wants in the 50 mins of class but overall good professor

Comment:

Loves history, but does not have enough time to cover everything he wants to. He is very nice and understanding, but he expects everyone to do well. His lectures are long and sometimes run over class time, but overall pretty good.

Sweet older man. Very enthusiastic about history. He's not able to cover everything on the syllabus that he wants. Everything you need to know comes from the word lists on the board. There's 3 tests and 2 papers, he let me turn in a paper a few weeks late.

Very boring lectures. writes down what you need to know for test before lecture, after that whole class doesn't matter. you can skip classes as long as someone writes your name on attendance paper and gives you wordlist. Papers don't really relate to lectures but are opinion based so they're not too hard.

Professor Todd is a sweet old man who wants everyone to pass. The tests are extremely easy and don't require much studying. Lectures are extremely boring, but you don't need to pay attention at all. Just copy down the word lists.. that's literally all you need to know

Comment:

Dr. Todd is the sweetest old man you will ever meet. He wants everyone to do well in his class. He curves the tests, and if you study the word lists he puts on the board the test is a piece of cake. Got A's on everything in his class. He goes behind schedule but you'll still have two tests and two papers to write, long but not hard. Recommend!!!!!!

Dr. Todd is awesome! Very sweet professor, very passionate about what he teaches and as long as you go to class and take down notes that he puts on the board you'll get an easy A which is easily achievable. He does go a little behind on schedule but that doesn't hurt much and you'll have a couple easy papers to write.

Very sweet professor who loves teaching about history. Is never able to cover as much information as he hopes, will most likely be behind in syllabus. Sometimes loses track, but a good teacher.

Loves his job and is enthusiastic about the subjects taught. Remember your notebook to copy down the notes he writes on the board every class and you're set-- no need for the textbook, he gives you all the information you need to know and will be tested on. Did not use all the textbooks rented, class goes slower than scheduled on syllabus.

Dr. Todd is so sweet, it's nice to see an old guy still so passionate about what he does for a living. You'll get an A if you write notes and review them and put moderate effort into your papers (easy grader) he is a little hard to understand at times because he's old and his speech isn't clear, so sit in the front haha. Otherwise, good teacher

This was the easiest class I've ever taken. Just take notes on what he says and study them. He's maybe 150 years old and froths at the mouth when he talks, but he's a very sweet man and an easy grader. He let me turn in a paper ~6 weeks late, that's unprecedented! If you can't handle this class, the rest of college is going to be a rude awakening.

He was such a great teacher. He is EXTREMELY nice & his tests are pretty easy. All you have to do take notes on what he says, which is almost EXACTLY what will appear on the test. I got all A's on his exams, which he curves. His papers aren't hard , not a difficult grader. For the final, just memorize the study guide he gives you & you'll get an A.

Dr. Todd is such a nice guy. Very helpful if you don't understand something. Goes off on tangents and the lectures can get very dull, but he's an easy grader and the exams aren't difficult, since he tells you exactly what's on them.

Mr.Todd is extremely old,frail,boring yet sweet. All he wants is his vast knowledge to be explained to his students within 50 mins. His exams/tests/papers are an easy A. Just copy down the wordlist and study the maps as they are exactly the same on the exams and tests. His grading is very easy.Keep the caffine with you at all times though :p

This class was so easy. As long as you come to class, copy down his word lists AND WHAT HE SAYS DURING LECTURE you will have 100% of the material on the tests. The class consists of 3 tests and 2 papers and he is not a hard grader. The books are only useful for the papers but you need them to write a paper with material he is looking for.

Lazy people who don't want to memorize and go over his notes are probably the ones who are saying he's a horrible teacher. Don't get me wrong, he is not the best but its not hard to pass. Just write down everything. OMG HE IS BORING THOUGH! UGHH. Use flashcards and the book is not useful. Memorize his maps and come to class and you will pass :)

Dr Todd is such an interesting person! It's History 101, what do you really expect? This stuff isn't edge of your seat excitement. However, if you actually listen to his lectures, you'll learn some really amazing, historical facts. Want an easy A? GO TO CLASS! PAY ATTENTION! TAKES NOTES (don't just copy what's on the board)! It's that simple!
