Comment:

Brian does take to heart the student reviews. Unfortunately this isn't a good thing. Now instead of letting students leave after an hour and a half you are forced to stay the full three hours since he gives the test/quizzes in the last hour and there is one per week. The class uses MyITLab making an instructor unnecessary.

I dropped this class after the first day. The instructor wasn't organized and was very confusing. He also doesn?t like to help his students. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS WITH THIS TEACHER!

Save your money, do not sign up with him, he is unprofessional and dishonest. He will not teach you anything. But you will enjoy ease 'A' and get to go home after hour and a half from the class started.

The worse, do not register in his classes. He will confuse you. His classes are waist of money, my class started @ 6 - 9 but he will let us go around 7:30 to 8. waist of my time and my gas money.

Brian was, to say the least, a poor teacher. He tends to confuse students more than he does teach them anything. Knows very little about computers. I would strongly recomend taking another instructor.

He is a decent guy, he just shouldn't be teaching! All we do in class is go through the Hands-On exercises, no lecture, doesn't explain things well. He is unorganized and often gets lost and confuses students even furthur. He spends more time dissing his wife than teaching and answering questions. take another teacher!

I hadn't planned on having a class with Brian. He apparently took this class from a different instructor, whom I had checked out and specifically picked this claass for. Brian is always late, not connected with the students, disinterested in teaching. He talks down his wife, ignores students questions. very unhappy so far with this class

I rated him poorly and yet it's under review? My comment was accurate and didn't include swearing. So if you want more truth and accuracy read the rest of the posts.this teacher doesn't teach. He's rude to students. don't take him if you want to really learn about computers

This teacher is sarcastic and snide. He races through the book and doesn't slow down when asked. He is unresponsive to student's needs and is not patient with people. Take a different teacher!

This instructor was not able to answer simple computer questions. He did not lecture at all. It was like the blind leading the blind. He spent most of class time dishing his wife and praising his dog. He is not understanding at all if you miss a class not even for medical emergencies.

brian either doesn't understand what he's teaching or just doesn't teach it well enough. he will tell you what you need to do, but not why you need to do it. he doesn't explain things. he just tells you to do them.

Brian is a great instructor! He really went out of his way to help with any problems I had. His classes are very casual and take the stress out of learning a difficult subject. Take him.

Comment:

Brian Goldberg is a very nice guy, but not such a great teacher. He appears to not want to be there most of the time. He does almost NO lecture and just goes over examples. Also he knows the bare minimum required to teach each lesson.
