Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and provides you with clear expectations for this class! OChem is not easy but if you study and dont let yourself get behind youll be fine. He doesnt try to trick you and gives you access to plenty of practice problems. I couldnt have asked for a better OChem Professor!

Dr. Anderson has been teaching this subject between 20 and 30 years. He has the material down, and will go fast sometimes, but allows for any and all questions without being a jerk like some of the other chemistry professors. Weekly quizzes keeps you on top of learning the material, and he grades super fair. Always willing to have a discussion.

This class was significantly easier than his organic 1 course, and hes caring for his students if you need to talk to him. Grading criteria is clear and there are no tests, but quizzes on a weekly basis. Homework is through sapling and quiz questions are pulled from the text and sapling homework.

Professor Anderson has been one of my favorite professors in undergrad. His class structure is amazing and although the class is difficult, he makes it much more bearable. Use what he says to study with and actually study it.

Lectures straight from the book (you're basically teaching yourself the material), isn't understanding of illness or extenuating circumstances but it is wonderful to have a weekly quiz instead of a few tests which makes the class manageable. Ochem is not easy and his teaching style is not for everyone (it certainly was not for me).

By far the worst proffesor ive ever had, does a piss poor job at teaching the material, mumbles to himself while flying through problems with absolutely no explanation just expects you to know. He tries to trick students on clicker questions and the majority of the class is usually wrong on all of them which shows how bad of a job hes doing.

Professor Anderson is pretty laid back and is accessible outside of the online course. The course load was reasonable and organized, and I enjoyed learning from his discussions and the reading material. Just participate and study for your quizzes, and you should be good to go. Easy A!

Dr. Anderson is my favorite instructor of my undergrad so far. This is not due to the fact that he is super easy-but because he truly cares. The class is difficult, but he has weekly quizzes instead of a few exams, so screwing up on one or two won't ruin your grade. He is very clear with the material you should know. I got over 100% on 7 of them.

He's the best chem prof. I've had. He makes O-Chem easy. Chapter quizzes every Friday so everything will be fresh in your head. He also does clicker questions every class. He has clear grading criteria and very good outlines. Do the chapter problems in the book and the old quizzes, it'll be an easy A. Don't fear, O-Chem is really not bad at all.

While this is a tough class, he is very clear and tells you how to do well in O-Chem. There are many tests/quizzes in this class, however, he provides study guides and chapter outlines for each one. DO NOT expect this to be any easy class whatsoever, but he makes it understandable and fun.

One of the worst professors by far Ive ever had. Goes way too fast, when the class clearly isnt keeping up based on clicker question results. Doesnt help with understanding, mumbles things from the textbook and keeps going. You teach yourself the entire class outside of lecture from the textbook. Also quizzes over content he says he didnt cover

Dr. Anderson was by far my favorite chemistry professor. He is extremely clear about his expectations, and is unbelievably organized. If you want a teacher to give you a clear grading criteria, deliver clear lectures, and grade quizzes on time; he's your guy. I generally learned the information from the book, however his organization was pristine.

Dr. Anderson is a fun and relaxed Prof. Sometimes he may go a little faster than the class in lecture material, but when it comes to the nitty gritty Dr. Anderson is more than fair. Each week he has a quiz about one page front and back. Anderson also explains things well in lecture. He has also been known to give group quizzes but only when asked.

At first, Dr. A comes off as huge standoff professor and the class seemed to be a joke. If you want help outside of the classroom just go to the science center because he'll just tell you to read the book over and over again. The class is easy and it is possible to get an A. You get a test every Friday over one chapter which is helpful.

There are little clicker questions throughout the class, so while you don't have to show up, it is nice for your grade. If you do the clicker questions and homework and work the problems you will do well. He gives you an opportunity to take one quiz as a group quiz! Take advantage early not the last quiz. Chapter 11 quiz takes your lowest grade!

Dr. Anderson is extremely straightforward with this class. All of the questions on the quizzes come directly from the homework. If you do the homework and have the initiative to do them over again, you will have no problem getting an A.
