This is a very difficult class, but i did well. Dr. P can be quite rude at times and needs to retire, but he knows his stuff. So do your best because he sees **** easily, and be on time and show up to every class

Contradictory. Intimidating. Hated anyone younger than 30. Called students stupid and worthless. Pent-up anger- he used an image "chucking a grenade and killing only a few people instead of large crowd" to describe a formula. Compared financial standing to "stage 4 cancer; they will get better". Anyone else's viewpoint was "worthless, nonsensical".

He's hard and mean! DO NOT miss a class even if you're dying because he will call you out on it and make you regret being sick. The same calls for being late. Be prepared because if you look like you are not paying attention he will ask you questions. A lot of busy work. He does know what he is talking about though, gata give him that.

I took Dr. Pavesic for Food production and Cost Control. I agree with some of the people that he may be nice. He gives soooo much work though. He doesn't realize that the students are taking 4 or 5 other classes and they work. Some work seems redundant and extremely difficult. If he lowered the work amount in this class I may actually enjoy it. Oh yea, quit your job b/c you will get fired for being late a lot cause you were so tired the night before doing stuff for his class.

Dr. Pavesic is a great professor with a bad reputation! Before taking his class everyone warned me about him saying he was a jerk. Let me put the rumor mill to rest he is a great person and is truly interested in helping his students. He curves everything and if you just come to class and listen and turn everything in on time you will get an "A."

Dr Pavesic is tough!! But if you do what his assignments ask for and study what he says then you'll get a good grade. Pros: He knows what he's talking about; he has great guest speakers; he curves Cons: He is somewhat of a know it all; he comes off at first as a mean guy but he's actually nice once you get to know him.

He is tough, but a nice guy. If you get to know him, he will help you out. I believe that he knows what he is talking about. His classes are required for hospitality majors, but he is not so bad, just keep up with the work.

A grade A class jerk. Doesn't know his material. He personally owned a failed restaurant, but somehow teaches about restaurant management? Unfair, unbending, an ego the size of his oversized head to match. AVOID like the plague!! BEWARE!!
