Comment:

Shes a decent person, but not a very good teacher. Goes over things too fast with not enough examples. My least favorite thing is the online textbook she uses, that all our homework is in. It sometimes crashes not allowing us to complete our work and then adversly effecting our grade. However Ebert insists on this method

Comment:

Prof Ebert communicates quickly but very limitedly, don't expect more than a sentence or two. The course was set up fairly well which was nice, but the text was awful if you're not a hardcore math person. 3 weeks made this really intensive and challenging. Final is a joke compared to the other tests. (Ch's 4/5/14 were rough for me)

I love her. Took her my second time at the class and she got me through the class. Beautiful classy woman who enjoys math and teaching. Wish I could have taken her for Tech Calc 2

I had Ebert for Stats 1 and Stats 2. You'll do good if you take notes. DO NOT miss class. She covers so many topics in one day. She moves fast, probably learn about 4 different equations a day. Her handouts make it easier though.

Comment:

Comes off as a no-nonsense stickler for the rules but can be helpful to any student making an effort. Moves quickly through material but does plenty of examples and always offers to go over homework problems for those that do it. Would definitely take again (but leave your phone in your pocket).

She knows her stuff. She's just rather quick... She does one example then she's off to the next new equation. If she does more examples and spent more time on practicing individual problems it would be easier. This is one class you don't want to miss a day of or not take notes.

If find her quite hard. I imagine her as a teacher teaching at Harvard. She flies through math problems and doesn't really fully explain it. Basically if you don't do your homework she assigns, you will be lost in class. She is also a tough cookie and doesn't take stuff from people.
