Comment:
Very forgetful during lectures, test on things he didn't mention. When lecturing he just rambles 60 miles/ hr. Must record lectures and listen again. Disorganized when explaining, makes things confusing. Expect to teach yourself on your own time and decode. He teaches as if it was a refresher. Must go to the library. Monotone, and just boring.

Take good notes, his exams are based off the notes. I would reccomend recording his lectures. Exams are multiple choice, true or false, and some fill in diagrams. For lab it is all fill in, make sure to study the material. He knows his stuff and is fair. I would definitely take him again.

The 1st lab exam was the WORST!! But if you do the reading and take the time for extra help in the library, you will pass. He definitely grades on a curve and is approachable, so if there is an issue, he will work with you. I wouldn't retake the class, but I would definitely retake him as my professor.

He's gives long lectures, just record what he says and go to the lab and you'll be fine. Its a tough course so you have to put the work in either way. I had Klarberg before and he makes Drummer look like water on a hot summer day. He expects you to put the work in, do what he says and you'll be fine.

I'm taking A&P summer session now. It's so much information. Never took a class like this. Drummer lectures a whole lot. Be prepared to write a lot. You definitely need a recorder because he doesn't use the board much. He's pretty cool. Don't believe everything you read. Gotta work hard for it. Go to tutor John for help whenever you can

very difficult prof. lectures that are off the top of his head as he glances at his notes for reference. take excellent notes bc that's what the exam is from. convoluted questions on exams. 75-100 ques ea. If you are a good student you'll be fine. I did learn a lot due to difficulty. must apply yourself totally in his class.

I got an A, but it was extremely difficult. you are on your own. have a group of 3 or 4 people to compare notes because he talks & doesn't really use powerpoint. you compare notes to see if someone else has something you don't and study it. his tests are his notes. don't be afriad to complain, Klinger will talk to him and make the class easier

The most awful professor ever I doesn't care if you do or don't understand the lecture. If you ask questions he make you look and sound stupid. Worst professor ever. Change your class if you have him.

No student should ever have to experience a teacher like this ever in their college career. If you are lucky enough to read this before you take this class with this professor I absolutely advise you to drop right away. I have never ever come accross a professor as apathetic as Drummer. Teachers are supposed to guide you not mislead you.

He told a mother who works full time that she needs to stop partying on the weekends and study. He told another student that there was "no hope" for her and encouraged her to drop. His behavior is either a cry out for help or he enjoys inflicting pain on others. Either way don't take his class in the summer because you'll age 50 years in 5 weeks.

When students are clearly failing and they try to have a say in the matter, his response is a shrug. He is condescending, apathetic, and cold. His exams are riddled with spelling errors. In lab, he points at things quickly and expects you to retain all of it and doesn't go over it again. Either record his lectures or remember everything he says.

I took this professor during the summer session, I was committed I spent at least 4 hours a day in the library, working with the tutor John. Professor Drummer lectures was all over the place,I would recommend recording it, I also recommend reviewing your test once he grades it because he makes a bunch of errors, and doesn't give the points back.

This professor does not know how to convey the material. He is very unorganized, does not give you the points when he grades something incorrectly and he doesn't seem to have a complete grasp of the material. Asking a question is futile as he likes to say he doesn't know. His tests are confusing. If you take this class, it's at your own peril. run

Of all the classes i have taken , anatomy and physiology is the toughest. Professor Drummer gives the world's longest and fastest lecture in 3 hrs. I have to wonder sometimes how he doesn't bite his tongue. In a nutshell, what he lectures is what you get on the tests and his handouts help a lot too. He is a good teacher and just study the notes.

I don't know why he has such bad reviews. He's a really nice guy, its a tough class. He doesn't put notes on the board which makes it a little difficult for me personally, but overall its a tough class as is. Just take really good notes and memorize them. Also he does his best with your grade when you show an effort.

Drummer is a horrible professor who lectures 10-15 pages of notes per class. Test are 75-100 questions & lecture test are both fill in and multiple choice 75-100 questions and all of the answers are identical. The course is hard enough, he makes its harder. RUN FAST

Incredibly confusing. His notes and exam are way off. He will lecture on something for an hour and only put one question on his exam then he will briefly mention a topic and then will ask 5 questiona about it. I feel like he doesn't care and sets you up to fail. Btw lab becomes study hall... I thought I was paying to be taught!
