WORST professor! I took an online class because I am busy but her class is ridiculous. She changes the syllabus and assignments weekly. She will post an assignment that's a lot of work and expect it to be due in three days, instead of giving it in advance. It's also majority group work, which is difficult considering it's an online course.

Dr. McMillon is an AMAZING professor who deserves more credit than what she s given. She knows her stuff. Although she may not always be exact on time, it's acceptable because we all know that she is EXTREMELY busy.

Inflexible demands for group and partner assignments along with inflexible due dates create stress. Meeting times are not predictable. You coordinate your time with others. You must meet in chat rooms and work on assignments together. The syllabus changing has been a problem. I am usually a 3.5 to 3.9 student in graduate classes.

I absolutely loved this class & professor. McMillon is very personable and helpful. She really cares that we become great teachers one day. Course is front-loaded, but you'll thank her later in the semester for it. Easy 4.0! Lots of tedious work, but worth it!!!

I got a 4.0. It's a hard course, but you learn a ton. She has two big tests (comprehension check-ups) and a lot of field work. She wants you to succeed and will go out of her way to help you if you need it. If you work hard, you will get your money's worth. She's great and funny. Ignore the mean comments about her being annoying. You use the book

She is a very nice lady! The syllabus is front loaded so the second half of the semester is relaxed. You have 2 tests which is really about application to show what you learned, but they are tedious. I learned so much from her and I'm planning on keeping the book for reference!

Claims she doesn't believe in tests yet she gives them, just with a different name: "Comprehension Check Ups." They are horrific. She constantly shouts "HELLO! HELLO!" to the class and it gets super annoying. She's a nice lady, don't get me wrong. She just isn't a good professor. Don't waste your money on that book. If you have her, you'll be okay.

She is great! Overwhelming at first bc class is front-loaded, but that ends up being a good thing! Don't listen to posts complaining about her - she used to be a bad teacher, but went through a probationary period and has really changed her ways! PHENOMENAL! I wish she taught more classes I need!

She is rude, patronizing, and not helpful. She posts assignments on Saturday and class is on Monday but expects perfection. She made us order the book she wrote even though it wasn't on the book list. She doesn't teach, she reads off of powerpoints and then expects memorization. There is no learning being done in her class.

Worst professor I have had at OU, left her class everyday infuriated and upset...here is why: 1. Unprepared for class 2. Unorganized 3. Unpredictable 4. Thinks she knows everything but has never taught in a classroom 5. She gets behind on grading your work so she rushes through it and doesnt give you a fair evaluation.

Prof likes things to be done her way. She tries to be helpful. I learned a lot in this class and am glad I took this prof. If you want easy this class may not be for you. There is a lot of work, but you learn a lot. A 4.0 is very possible. You can redo your assignments until you get full credit!

I learned so much in this class. She is a good lecturer. She is funny and personable, she'll try and intimidate you on the 1st day, but no worries. She is a very busy lady so be prepared to not get feedback on assignments for a long time.

She's totally focused on herself. One article she presents in class is totally biased...it was written by her and the subject was her son and his elementary teacher. She needs to go sell her black issues some place else...in a college class!

Great teacher. When you have your own classroom, you'll also change your mind and think of better ways of doing things. If something isn't working, are you gong to continue to waste your time? Now that I have my own classroom, I OFTEN change things. It is called "growth".
