Professor Middleton is a GREAT professor! You learn in his class and he teaches so that you undertand. You do have to put your effort when it comes to your grade, but he's very approachable and wants his students to succeed.

Take this Class if you have a hard time with Calculus! Iam not a math person, but Prof. Middleton is very helpful! He Gives practice tests that are almost exactly like the test. Parts of every test are also take home to make it easier on the students. I would also suggest trying to make it to every class, so you do not miss out on anything.

Prof Middleton is the best math teacher ever. He teaches old-school chalkboard style, but it helps to see steps. Tests are kind of hard, no calculator, but you learn alot. He has practice tests and lets you make corrections on exams for extra credit. Exremely helpful. TAKE HIM!

It was so refreshing to not have a condescending math professor. I agree with the comment below that he seems mean but he really is a sweetheart. I love his grading process its really hard for you not to pass. he gives a pretest, which resembles the actual test, lets you correct it, and part of the test is take home. He's awesome take him!

Class is very hard but he makes it interesting. I LOVE Professor Middleton. I enjoyed taking him this semester. I recommened him 1000%. He seems mean and serious all the time but he's a sweetheart and good as what he does. He wants his students to succeed. I recommend visiting him during business hours. He will help you pass. I LOVE HIM! Seriously!

Took him for Intermediate Algebra... He's awesome!!!! So many teachers seem to make math as complicated as possible, but he is fabulous at teaching!!! I would highly recommend this guy for your teacher... He's funny, smart, and he challenges and encourages you at the same time. Totally A++++++!!!!

Precalculus is not an easy topic, but prof. Middleton made it easy the entire semester, you need to do homework to understand and follow materia. He allowed us to used notes on a exam, and gave a lot of extra credit. I really recommend him.

Yes, he's a good professor. He's approachable and answers all questions. He made the material easy to understand and he's always willing to help. We could even call him at home! He let us re-do tests for a better grade and offered a lot of extra credit. There is absolutely NO REASON to fail. If you fail, you're either stupid or lazy.

i found his class to be EXTREMLEY difficult. i had to withdrawl after the first month. the tests were impossible and i did not remotley understand his way of "teaching" math. he seemed to be a cranky old bitter man. made the material more difficult

He's an okay teacher, his lessons are pretty clear and understandable. Do not talk while he's teaching, it bugs him. You cannot use calculators. Gives homework that you turn in the day before the test, puts practice problems on WebCT. Gives test corrections. Overall he's an okay teacher.

I think he is a great teacher, if you do the homework, and attend to class, something very true is;if you are interested in taking this class, you will learn and get the rewarded grade you have worked for. the downside, I think if he has a student's helper would be excellent. i hated this class. unless you are verry good with logic problems, don't take it. there is extra credit for every test, but tests are hard. not much homework, but thats kind of a bad thing because you don't get to learn how to do the problems. the teacher is very strict
