This prof designs his test to fool kids. I took 7 practice exams leading up to the 2nd exam and got a 48%. This class has been described by his TAs as "the hardest math class you will ever take" and "worse than calc 211". He has an entertaining sense of humor, but his accent makes learning difficult. He focuses TOO MUCH on fundamentals.

I have always enjoyed math-especially trig & have been pretty good at it. I took this class thinking that it would be an easy A. Far from... I struggled more with this 2 credit class than any of my other classes. I blatantly failed all 4 test & wound up with a C, only because the class averages were all under 50%.

Well trig/math was simple for me until Rosay taught it, honestly I would rather take CALC! He is a nice person though, its just his exams are ridiculously hard even when you study hard core, and that is what your grade is based on.

This class is verrrrry difficult and overwhelming at first. I thought it would be a simple trig class but it ended up being pretty stressful! I would strongly recommend going in to office hours because it helps a LOT!

This course consists of exam scores only. VERY difficult exams. Homework that is assigned (for no points)is not very helpful for exam content. Difficult to prepare and predict exam questions. There is a curve, but I don't know how generous it is. Avoid taking this class with Rosay.

This class was tough. The exams are NOTHING like the homework and have the potential to be really hard. He grades them hard too, so it is a no win situation. On the plus side, he does a review before each exam that consists of problems a lot like those on exams.

Exams are verty difficult. He is clearer on the material explanations compared to the TAs that teach. His midterms are difficult because much of the content does not show up on homework. Gives good reviews for exam but still very difficult! Harder than it should be!

He was a really good professor; he will like you and will be eager to help you if you are interested in the class. He is French and has a bit of an accent but that doesn't affect his teaching at all. He is really passionate about what he teaches and I definitely recommend him. Tests are exactly on what he taught in class - no mysteries.

Do NOT take this coordinator. I went into this class thinking, oh Math 113 this is going to be cake, and I ended up getting my butt kicked on every exam, even though I studied super hard. GERR his tests suck, you don't see anything that you learn from class or in the book on the exams.

Basically an angry person. Often a prick to students. Called the entire class "CRIMINALS!" for not catching a mistake he made on the board. Tests are extremely difficult. I'm kicking ass in 222 right now, but this was probably my hardest math class.

Far and away the worst professor I have ever had. Aside from the mockery he made of the students when they had trouble understanding (Dif. Eq's no less), he was so cryptic, half the class dropped by semester, the other half trembled at the exams.
