If you don't go to class you probably wont do good. Also if you wanna know what your grade is you have to wait until grades are actually due, he takes forever to grade. Not that many papers or projects. The book is a must. Go to class he gives random pop quiz but you will enjoy them it's not what you think.

He is very interactive and likes to talk with everyone. Great personality although don't get on his bad side. If you get on his nerves he will let you know. Tough grader but if you know what he wants you to know you'll be fine. Ask every question you have and he will give you all the answers. Concepts are actually really interesting.

His class was pretty easy. If you participate and seem as though you care..he'll like you just fine. If you don't attend class much, he'll be annoyed with you and your grade will probably suffer. Tests aren't so bad, barely uses book, has lots of movie clips and group work because he wants you to meet everyone in the class and be talkative.

First let me tell you something. Show Dr. Walsh you want to do well. Dr. Walsh gives TONS of work, but if you show him that you want to learn, you should not do bad in his class. By the way, bad things happen if you do not read. He gives great advice if you come to him. He is also my advisor, and I think he is wonderful.

Dr. Waslh is the MAN!!!! This class is one of the most beneficial classes you can take. However ask all questions at the beginning of the planning time not 14 weeks later when camp is in a week. He really makes you work hard but his teaching style forces you to do so and to understand the material. If you don't he's more than willing to help you

Went into this class not feeling so good. I had been told he was a really tough professor. Keep an open mind in class. I absolutely loved him and class was always fun. He's not hard at all as long as you pay attention and do the assignments. Tests are never unreasonable. Very good professor

Walsh likes to add comedy to his class. He is always looking for a debate during class. He always makes us aware of opportunities for volunteer hours. Tests are however you perfer, just let him know. That is nice to have the option.
