I found her grading to be very hard, but she does give you chances to fix it for a better grade. I used the uma tutors on every single paper for her class and still could not get better than a C first time, but I always re-did the papers for a better grade.

Is Professor Rubinson still teaching? I am a Bio major, I really enjoyed her class. She undid a decade-old grudge against Shakesphere Ive held since my HS english teacher made us read "Merchant of Venice"...Thank you Prof. Rubinson.

I absolutely loved Jills class! She is very intelligent and knows her stuff. She really gets involved in her class, knows everyone by name and isn't affraid to joke around on a regular basis. Her assignments are fun and not to hard. I learned a lot from her class and I think everyone should have Jill as their ENG professor. She really is the best!

I'm a lifer student, 7years and counting, and Jill is hands down my favorite professor anywhere: she is intelligent, gracious, open, helpful, insightful, and overall an absolute delight to be around in any capacity. Take her classes - you will be glad you did, and will probably sign up for more.
