Comment:

Karen Ingham is a great professor. Her labs are easy for this class. She is sweet lady. You have to study a lot for lecture tests but she doesnt give homework and will always be nice to you and help you if you dont understand something. I had her for two semesters and I would take her again if I could.

Comment:

One of the best professors I have ever had! She's very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and ready to explain any question you have for her. The lectures for micro are intense but she makes them understandable and often times hilarious! Flow charts and memorization are your two best friends in this class! Lots of open note/ Open book tests!

Comment:

Prof. Ingham was a good teacher but she was really tough on grading labs. Her lecture exams are fair but there were always a Few questions that we didn't even learn . Don't bother buying the book, rent it at the library for the hour & save money. I would recommend but make sure you take VERY detailed notes.

She is very knowledgeable about the subject, but does not communicate it well. On her tests, there is material we did not cover, and when asked she said we were "just supposed to know." Had I known the class would be like this, I would not have taken it. Also buying the textbooks was not necessary. Just take good notes and pray.

Best teacher I've ever had at Dutchess! She's an amazing lecturer and really makes sure you understand the material. Tests are very fair, most of the questions are covered in class, while some are tricky but not impossible. As long as you put in the effort and study, it's an easy A. Don't even bother buying the textbook. Just take good notes.

Teacher is great. Helps understand all of the stuff you go over. I learned a lot. One of the best teachers I have had. Make sure you go over the notes prior to tests. The tests can be tricky, she asks questions that sometimes you don't even remember going over.
