What a great teacher. SIS teachers need to take notes, because she actually teaches. She's lecture based, because that's how you learn, but any questions you have, she'll take as much time as needed. She really cares about her students. It shows by how much time she puts into class. Getting an A is very doable if you put in the time.

I had Prof. Starr for money banking and finance. She was amazing. LOVED her classes. Exams are kinda long but not too hard. She gives study guides for each exam. They the study guides are VERY LONG, but if you cover all the questions you're good to go for the exam. My fav. professor at AU!!!!

Easy grader. Assignments are helpful. It's annoying that she's not big on email, especially when you can't make her office hours. Kind of monotonous.

omg, she's a replica of Sarah Jessica Parker. It's a touch class, but she tries to make it as easy as possible. C'mon.. it's econ... how easy is it going to get? But, seriously, awesome lady. Talking about econ makes her smile and puts her in a good mood.

In the big lecture class, it wa shar with 300 kiddies, so TA's are your best help. I heard she was much beter in a small class. Some assignments were tough but friends help. Recommended: she gets so into teaching and loves what she does its amazing, she also looks like sarah jessica parker, coolbeans

Boring professor! She read right off of the power point presentations, her voice was annoying after awhile and put you straight to sleep. The TA's graded everything. Going to class was an absolute waste of time and she gets mad when you e-mail her about grades and stuff and says asks the TA's.

She was a pretty good professor.Very lenient in terms of attendance.Work load was manageable.Tests were tricky...always seemed like there was more than one right answer. You have to do weekly written assignments, aplia problem sets,3 midterms, and TA sessions(for bonus points). All hw is graded by TAs.

Most horrible prof ever. Her voice makes you sleepy, teaches nothing of value or interest, made me hate econ. Weekly assignments graded by TA's not her! Lazy prof. Very unhelpful and sarcastic. Also made us pay $20 to use a website in order to turn in mandatory class exercises. DO NOT TAKE!

This class could be interesting, but this woman is so boring to listen to it is intolerable. Extremely hard to make yourself go to this class as she posts the notes online and you learn nothing in class. the only reason to go is to turn in the ridiculous assignments that she makes you do weekly.
