Caring teacher who genuinely cares about econ and what he is teaching. Tests are doable mainly graphs and scantron. Small powerpoints for homework.

I've heard he's a good teacher, but do not take econ 3 from him. The tests were much more difficult than anything he had covered in class, and covered more than we learned. Wasn't very good at keeping the class engaged. Ive never struggled with an econ class but he made it extremely difficult.

I loved Kevane. His African studies class was great since he had a lot of person experience in African studying Economics, hands-on. He had videos and great case studies for class every morning. I will admit the paper at the end is intimidating, but he is always available for help. I recommend taking at least one of his classes if you can!

Very vague, too dependent on obscure and un-noteworthy readings. Doesn't explain course concepts very well, and assumes mathematical expertise among the average economics majors.
