He gave extra credit which was a plus if you didnt do too well on the 5 quizzes given. I failed one quiz pretty bad and with the help of the extra credit I made it out with a passing grade.

I took Psychology online and it was so hard. So many people I know failed his class. We had 75 minutes to take 100 question exams. There were 4 exams the whole semester and 4 assignments. His study guides were pointless because there were over 500 questions on the study guides. In order to pass this class I had to take a lot of notes.

Very nice, passionate, and well-versed. He has an anecdote for every lesson to help students understand. However, the class is extremely lecture heavy; literally every class. Be prepared to study hard for every test. Your grade is almost 100% made of tests grades. Like I said, great professor for Psychology but be prepared.

Mr. Meehan is an excellent teacher to take for Psychology. He is very heavy in the usage of his textbooks for his tests. His tests are outlined by the chapter review questions. Complete those and pay attention to his lectures and you will do well.

Difficult class. You have to have lots of time to study or you won't pass. The only grades are 4 test at 80 questions each and 1 paper. He lectures every class but includes real scenarios making the lectures interesting and very enjoyable. You just have to be willing to work for a good grade.

I just finished his first test which if you fill put the powerpoint you will do fine. It is timed (80 mins) and 100 questions. The only graded assignments are 5 tests each 20% of your grade. I'm a horrible test taker but got 95/100. Quizlet will not help you you need to fill out the powerpoint. He offers extra credit for doing discussions.

If you have a lot of free time to devote to this class, you will succeed. It is very structured and made clear right from the beginning what is expected. However, there are 200+ chapter review questions following each chapter, with 2-3 chapters on each test. Labor intensive, grueling, find ANYONE else to take the course with if possible.

His lectures are very very boring, tends to talk a lot about his job outside of teaching. No homework, the only grades are the 4 100 question tests. The study guides are long, he will take questions from the study guide for his tests but not many

Little to no communication if you take him online. Both the syllabus and the calendar had dates from the previous semester. When I asked about the correct dates via email, I got an email back three days later sayting refer to the calendar. Extremely long and difficult tests that are your only grades, so it is very easy to fail quickly.

Great lectures. His knowledge and clinical experience make the course pretty entertaining. There is quite a bit of homework. None of it's graded, but you will need to complete it and study it (and the provided lecture outline) if you want to pass the course. Don't want until right before the exam days to start your homework.

There are only 4 grades in this class, all of them are 100 question tests. He gives you a study guide with 500+ questions and it is super important, Quizzlet will NOT help you. There's also no way to check your answers. You are also required to do discussion questions that aren't graded. Definitely, need the book.

His lectures were interesting because it was all funny stories but none of it helped for the tests. They were super hard and felt very unprepared. Later I found out hes the hardest teacher for that class. Dont recommend

Awesome teacher, took him for psych and human growth, both online. He gives you review questions, and you've gotta answer them and as long as you know the answers pretty well, it's an easy A. I believe it's 5 test during a normal semester, and it was 4 for a short summer term. Test only, gives you opportunity for extra cred. Deff sugg him!!

I am not the best when it comes to school in the first place, so when a teacher gives me a study guide that is completely different than the lecture notes, it can get confusing. He is excited about the subject when teaching and he does have some good stories and jokes. If you can just read papers and memorize everything, then you'll be set.
