I had Dr. Flood for Carib Lit/Culture. He's very knowledgeable about the Caribbean but his class was kind of boring to me. He lectured every class and tried to engage us, but no one would ever read. That's definitely our fault, but the readings were always really long. He knows a lot and you should take him if you're interested in his specialties.

im sorry but this was the most boring class in the world. he sat in the front and lectured the entire time. the readings were hard to understand, and they were extremely long and boring. i never wanted to go to class so i rarely did and my grade reflected it. not recommended.

He teaches my Working In America class. He's a very effective teacher. He explains everything in a manner that is easy to digest. He is very fair and will answer questions fully. One warning: He likes to give out many lengthy reading assignments.
