Instructor Ray Westergard has a major problem with Veterans---especially war veterans. Ray Westergard took every opportunity to make snide remarks and send nasty looks in my direction. Ray Westergaard would often say strange and even bizarre thing to and towards attractive women in the classroom. Ray Westergard singled out many for abuse.
