Seiji is the best professor I have had at MU. He lets you use notecards to write equations for the tests, which is VERY helpful. He cares about you and will spend hours helping you if needed. I think physics is an extremely hard class, but if you put forth the effort, Seiji is very good at clarifying everything. I completely rec. him!

Takemae is the man. Doesn't linger on trivialities so he makes it simple for students and himself. Speaks very softly and doesn's stop to see if you're paying attention, which is cool... he's cool enough to give a**** about you paying attention and still if you've been not he'll help you out if necessary... Takemae simply rocks!!!

Takamae is probably the best professor in the department. He is extremely personable and helpful. He is very soft-spoken however; be prepared to strain to hear him. His tests are easy but only because you can bring a notecard to the exams and he gives out practice tests. He is definitely the one to take for Physics.

Takemae is a wonderful professor and more people are beginning to realize that. His tests are easy becuase you get practice tests and use notecards on testday. What bothers me is that every other person is taking Takemae and is being very rude. Prepare for packed classrooms of obnoxius people.

Wonderful man. I love his dedication to the students. The only reason it was hard to understand things was because the material was tough. I've seen him now for a couple years and he is really starting to relax and make the classroom his own.

Although somewhat timid, Takamae is extremely knowledgable in his field and is extremely helpful when you ask him a question. The lab midterm was a breeze (go to the study session, the practice midterm and actual are pretty close) and his lab grading is very fair and lenient.
