All video lectures that are literally 20 years old. I can't believe he gets away with teaching this way. I dropped the class because it was outdated and irrelevant information.

Great and funny lectures, definately entertaining. What you need to know: his tests will have a good 20% material that is NEVER in the text or his lectures. This is to urge you to really think for yourself and figure it out based on what you did learn. Very outside-the-box teaching style.

Make sure you watch the videos. Lectures were funny & easy to watch, just long. Tests seemed a lot harder than examples in class but tests were curved then overall grade was curved in the end. Only got low 80s on exams but still in top five grades of class, seriously, no As on exams in entire class! But in the end, I still got A after curve.

I took his 2nd block ECO 155 course and it was absolutely awful. We only met for tests that was on Mondays 7-8:30pm. His lectures were online and we had to watch a full semester's worth of material in 8 weeks. His lectures are out of date as well. The only good thing about his grading is that he curves the test by 10% then raises it by 7%.

Wyrick is a funny and pretty clear speaker in his lectures, however, he makes sure you don't understand what you need to know for the tests. There are no study guides, and if you ask him to give you direction, he won't. Took an average of 4 days to email me back when I had questions or needed help which was frustrating. Learning is all up to you.

He tells long stories, examples, and side notes that cloud what he is trying to say. He never actually says outright what he is trying to tell you. I took the half block online class and there were FIVE tests. If youre ready for a test every week for three weeks ending in finals week, go ahead and sign up. Don't bother emailing.

This man is rude and absolutely does not care about his student's success. I can honestly say that if you can avoid him as an instructor you should.

I signed up for this class not realizing it was an online course. Needed the credit hours so I stayed in it. The tests had questions from both the lectures and the readings. I took this course in a 8 week time span so it was a lot harder to keep up. He does grade the class on a curve (87 and above A; 77-87 is a B; etc)

Took the iCourse, which is great if you're responsible and will watch the lectures. If you take good notes and study them to an extent before the exams you will do well. Requires a lot of conceptual understanding in his exams. I think I ended up with 106% because he curved the tests so much. Take him!

I Would highly recommend this class to all that are interested in the subject. Tests are not extreme, but you will have to watch the lectures, read the book, and study to get a decent grade. He seems like a pretty genuinely nice guy and appears willing to help if needed. Overall all I have nothing bad to say about him or the class.

Tests are hard, with information from lectures and text and application of concepts. You have to really understand material to be able to get an A. That said, anyone can pass this class if they try.

Nice guy. I took the iClass via iTunes at Missouri State. He seems to be funny, quirky and engaged. The iClass sessions seem to be just a bit dated, but good nonetheless. Entertaining, knowledgeable and personable. Tests weren't that bad. I certainly recommend the class to any interested. The guy reminds me a lot of Woody Allen and Larry David.A+!

Horrible teacher! Stay away from him. He literally shows up for class ten minutes late, gives weekly quizzes, and his grades are based only on tests. He is a great guys but a terrible teacher. He is so laid back so you think it is a joke class but the tests are close to impossible. I dont know one person who has gotten higher than a C with him.

It's not uncommon for this guy to burn 30 minutes of classtime between showing up 5-8 minutes late, performing some lame stand-up comedy before lecturing, and then telling stories nobody cares about regarding his life. His tests are brain surgery. No one in my immediate vicinity has ever scored higher than a 70 so far. Avoid this guy.

funny guy, can get annoying but keeps you awake during class with jokes nonstop. screws around a lot and doesnt always cover all the material. quizzes every week from class notes. test questions are hard and tricky. overall a good class and average teacher. easy A or B if you understand simple economics.

His class was easy, just lecture. Tests are a mixture between the material in class and the material in the book. I would recommend the study guide to go with the book. He spends more time cracking jokes than actually teaching and favors the word bast**d quite a bit.

Tricky questions are tricky. Even if you know the material some questions may take you aback. Uses plus/minus grading on the scale that 91+ is an A. I studied about 10mins before class for every quiz and test. Final is comprehensive, so I studied 2hrs. Not too hard to get an A if you understand economics.
