Prior to taking this class I HATED history. I was absolutely dreading taking it. She makes it somewhat bearable. There's only 3 test, each contain A LOT of information. But she gives you a study guide with all the terms you need to know and quite a bit of "easy points" assignments plus a presentation.

MAKE SURE U READ THEM! i only used my book when i did the maps. she is supper knowledgeable of history and allows people to record the class. if you need a history. take her!!!

She makes everything so interesting and I'm genuinely enthusiastic about her class. I love it and she's one of the best teachers you'll ever have the privilege of learning from in your college career. She really brings history to life, not to sound cliche. But take her class. Seriously. Do it now.

Wonderful teacher!! She does give 3 exams, but she also gives 3 map tracings, 3 take home assignments, and 1 in class assignment that add up to 100 pts, so if you do all of them thats an easy A test grade. She answers any and all questions, always does a test review, and has a list of topics or subjects covered for each test to study from. Easy A!

Do not take her class if your not a great test-taker. She gives 3 exams that account for almost all of your overall grade (there are no other tests or quizzes). And the exams are not easy. she gives great lectures and notes, but that's about it.

super cool, smart, patient, will answer ANY (yes...any) questions you have. very helpful. she will literally stay 30 minutes after class with you and help you out with anything you may be having trouble with. u'll luv this person guaranteed! she's not young but to me she's hot LOL!

BEST PROF EVER! she rocks. she is super gentle and sweet and patient...no one like her. she'll help you with anything, and all u have to do is ask. u can get 100% on ur paper guaranteed if u submit it earlier than deadline. test are very hard but it doesn't matter one bit becuz i luv this professor. can't get any bettet. she is beastly at history!

REALLY nice and cordial professor. I never felt uncomfortable around her. She speaks clearly and appropriately. No use of foul language. She doesn't stray from the subject upon which she lectures. Sweet, helpful, kind, smart, easy, but expects what her syllabus requires. She's the best instructor I could have ever had for my first day in class.

she makes history a little more interesting but i wouldn't take her again . tests are extremely hard , she throws in stuff you wouldn't expect . maps are a priority , probably the most easiest thing in the class . she lectures thru the whole class & gives a whole bunch of notes . i had a death in the family & provided me w/no info for the test .

She's an excellent teacher and a very pleasant woman.She's funny too. The heavy note taking can be a bit of a drag but it's not that bad. Just make sure you study for the tests, do your maps, and the essay and you'll be good to go. I highly recommend her.

I have absolutely no interest in history,but definitely the best teacher I have had at TCC.Gives you everything you need in order to pass, but you also have to put work into the course. Textbook is needed for 3 easy map tracings, there are 3 tests,no final,a 5 page paper,and participation points.She is a very knowledgeable person.Take the class.

She's a fantastic professor. She's organized and has a really deep knowledge of History. She's the kind of teacher whose class you look forward to because she tells the fun stories and doesn't expect you to know every detail.
