Dr. Thorton, by far the best teacher ever. He makes you feel comfortable to go up front in class to give a speech. He makes class interesting and exciting. Never a dull moment. His assignments are required but its not much of an hassle to do. Go to class everyday and you should make a easy A.

Prof. T has been, by far, the best professor in my college career! It's nice to have a course where you can relax a bit and have some fun. He's a very interesting and hilarious man! Couldn't wait for his class. Definitely have recommended him to friends. Very little work, but not hard when there is. Be in class cause he does take attendence!

Out of all the classes that I've taken, Dr. Thornton's was, by far, the BEST class Richland had to offer. He is passionate about his work, suave, good-looking, and interesting. I always looked forward his classes because he goes out of the box with his teaching-style. You have to be REALLY uninterested to fail his class. That man is INGENIOUS!

He is ABSOLUTELY hilarious, very good looking, and has plenty of stories to tell! Easiest A as long as you DO the homework or he'll get mad, speeches were the only real grades, and he DOES take attendance! One or two tests..just do what he tells you to do, and you'll be fine! I would take him again just because!

He is a great professor, very funny and interesting. Be sure to engage in class discussions. he might appear as if he doesn't care if you are late or you don't attend but he does! Tests are a little tricky, read the book carefully and 3 speeches which he grades strictly-one third of your grade so it is important! he is fun but also a little tough
