This is a corruption class. All you will learn about is corruption. 3 papers and a cumulative final. Easy grader on papers. Final is based on speakers, videos and in class discussions. Don't buy the book. Scan the library copy and print them out. Take good notes. He can ramble and loves to tell FBI stories. One of the easiest As you can get.

Comment:

Fraumann is a great guy and super friendly. As a professor, however, he is lost. He lectures about absolutely nothing and runs on tangents. He assigns three VERY LONG papers (15pgs), along with a hand-cramping final. You wont learn anything. I got an A only because I'm a good writer. I recommend him only if you can write and want to learn nothing.

3 LONG papers. First 2 are about 8-10 pgs. Last one is 12-15 pgs. He is an easy grader on them. Final. OYE. Watch out. Wants you to memorize 8 short/long answer ques. Some of the ques. he wants a page long. Most of the stuff you have to look up on your own (he even said to google it). Didn't learn anything in this class.

I definitely taking Prof.Fraumman again I love his style of teaching and communication. Students are able to voice their opinion on present issues. However, I did gain lot of knowledge from his past experience.His class is fun to be in and I will be taking 758 class for Spring 2012.

Talks about the FBI and feds a lot. class goes in a circle and talks the whole time (but he does most of it). fun interactive class. open to new ideas. loved the class even though i wasnt interested in the material. take this class.

Prof. Fraumann is a very good guy. Very Easy grader as well. Does not use the book at lot. So if want to use the book it is at your leisure. He is a very easy grader. Extremely helpful and funny. Only 2 short essays and one 15 page paper and that is it. And the final he will help you review for. Easy A take this professor no stress or headaches.

Great professor. Easy to talk to, very interesting material especially his experiences as an FBI agent around the world. Easy to do well if you do decent papers...none are difficult. Not super strict on attendance.

This professsor is very good. Some of his classes are about group discussion + other watching a video. Fair grader. I think he is a very good professor,although he should make clear who is running the class and make some students understand their place.

This Professor is a nice guy & lenient grader however this class is very BORING.Class consists of 2 writing assignments, a final & a paper. Professor gives very little instruction re:writing assignments & paper.He has a very scattered teaching technique.Talks of his FBI days most of each class.

Professor Fraumann is a great professor..Although the class is based more on investigations of corruption, the class is interesting..He gives two papers and a final..He isn't that clear with the papers but you just have to take good notes and you will do fine...Good luck

Good class,although most students didn't read the assignments & couldn't contribute to discussions.It's promoted as a class on investigations,but is actually a study on corruption.Truth be told,I think some of his guest lecturers were in need of investigation.Take the class,you won't be disappointed.But remember,he's a fed & they're always right!

He is so boring tries to hard. He is so overrated. He just can't teach and as for the stories BORING!!. He is a lenient grader. Not bad to take class with if you have discipline to stay awake. This class usually is taught by 2 professors. The other guy is nicer and more interesting. As for the paper it is very unclear.

Do not leave JJ until you have taken a class with this Prof!! He is retired FBI. His Organized Crime class was so interesting (guest speakers, great stories) You will walk out of his class having learned something!!
