Awsome teacher! He's extreamly friendly and has some of the best korny jokes to make you grin. He is extreamly fast at answering e-mails. I had him for an inet class and even over the holidays when he was out of state an busy he always responded within an hour or so and went out of his way to help with anything an everything he could. A+++ Teacher!

Mr. Hoag does a great job with this class. He responds to emails very quickly, and is very helpful and understanding when you are having difficulties. The class schedule is consisant and easy to follow. You can also tell that he is genuinely kind and cares about his students. Seems like such an awesome person! GREAT instructor!

AWESOME TEACHER! Reponds to e-mails quickly! Very fair. Allows catch up weeks for work if you get behind. Wasn't excited to take the class, but I am so glad he was the teacher I got!

I recommend Hoag. The INET class is fairly easy, just time consuming. Do the work and you should receive an A. Don't wait until the last minute to complete it though. I know from personal exp. that it's not fun and takes a while. Spread it out over the semester as he recommends.

Excellent Teacher. Highly recommend if you are ready to work and learn. Don't take the online class if you are not organized. Online classes are MORE difficult than "in person" classes, contrary to many people's beliefs. It's not an easy A either, so don't take it thinking that. If you are lazy, don't take the class.Otherwise, take the class.

This guy is the best. Seriously, if you have any questions, he will answer them straightforwardly and clearly. You usually don't even need to ask, however, as he usually does it right the first time, explains what he needs to how it needs to be explained for you to understand it. Take his class, you won't be sorry.

He lectures for about 2 and a half hours in a 4 hour class and then talks about your lab work and home work for about and hour and leaves you with about a half hour to do your work. Lectures way to long and doesn't allow you to take notes and it is impossible to ask questions. I would not recommend taking this class with him.

Excellent teacher!!! Highly recommend! Lots of work, but very clear. Gives step by step written instructions, so if you get stuck, just follow them. Very helpful and genuinely cares about his students.

I took this class over the Internet and had an Honors Option, and I still thought it was easy, but great! You know exactly what you have to do ahead of time and so I was able to finish all of the coursework in like a week and turn it all in to just get the class out of the way. His responses are timely and always positive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mr. Hoag showed demonstration of computers. Every now and then, I corrected some of his instructions to make them more understandable, but he is always wlling to help. Friendly and approachable. Work was very easy.
