Comment:

The most challenging part of this class was staying awake! She mostly talks about her families and how many cars they all have......insists on keeping a "tic tock clock" at the front of the class so that you can watch the minute hand slowly drag around the clock for three hours. Not fun!

Comment:

I loved her! She wants everyone to get an A, she lets you re-submit assignments to get a better grade. She does tend to go on and on about stuff that doesn't seem to make any sense, but she does eventually relate it back to what she is teaching. I highly recommend to take her.

she is a wonderful teacher! she does talk about her family alot, but it does come back around to relating to the content for the day surprisingly. thereis no portfolio. you revise your paper once for a better grade...shes truly concerned with making everyone pass. if you dont know how to write a paper after her class, its your own fault...

I love Mrs. Bell! She is a very knowledgeable professor. She breaks down every essay into moron-proof terms so there's no way you can mess it up. She is slow with grading so you don't know how you're doing in the class for a while, but she's fair when she does grade things. She tells stories about her family that eventually relate to the subject.

By far the best prof I've ever had. Really relates to the students. Makes you laugh, never a dull moment in her class. She tells great stories that DO relate to the class -- stories are better than textbooks any day!!! I would take her class over and over again!! Awesome prof would highly recommend her!!!

I love this English class. Mrs. Bell is very helpful and keeps the class from being boring. Yes she talks about her family, but uses them as examples instead of using students as examples. All of her stories have to do with the lesson for the day. I would take any of her classes.

At first I didn't know what to think, but if you just take the class as it comes, its very easy. Bell does know what she's talking about and she wants to help every student. And it's ok to tell her to get back on track, she doesn't mind, just ask questions if you start getting bored.

Yea, its an easy "A", and she is a very nice lady... But a lecture that has ONLY 20 minutes of class content that lasts for 2 hours because she rambles on about her family is RIDICULOUSLY frustrating week after week after week after week after week...

Dr. Bell will do anything for her students. She is extremely intelligent as well. Does get off on tangents, but is more concerned about making sure her students do their best work than hard grading. Highly recommended.
