Comment:

Food Science was really fun. She is very up beat and tries to be envolved with what you are learning. Tests are over the materials covered in lecture. If you go to class, there will be no surprises on the tests. Plus she cooks for the class occationally on lab days! Great over all teacher! Would take again.

Comment:

Overall she's a pretty good teacher. She is enthusiastic and tries her best to give side information in order to intrigue those bored by the subject. Her tests can be a challenge if you're not very clear on the material, but she gives an amazing amount of possible bonus points, enough that I made a C on every test and still made an A in the class.

The class was very easy. She gave lots of opportunities for bonus points. Got over a 100 in the class. Very quirky at times; likes to tell all sorts of stories that were kinda but not really relevant to lecture. She is a wonderful teacher. One of those 'if you can't pass this class, you shouldn't be in college' type classes.
