Professor Bentum is AWESOME. He is one of those very rare professors who actually cares about you as a person. He will do what ever he can to help you succeed and understands that college is not "one size fits all". He has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about sharing as much of it as he can.

Had the pleasure of taking his class in a time where all chaos broke loose (COVID-19). Class forced to go online due to pandemic. He didn't skip a beat. I appreciated the care he gives to each one of his students. Work is clearly laid out. He will do anything to help you learn the material. Just do the work and you will ace the class.

Hes always inspiring us with his sincere lectures with the use of book and his personal experiences in the field of hospitality. Best Professor I've ever seen. I was going to major in public administration and had a job open for me I just needed the degree but I took one class with Bentum and it changed my life forever. I enjoy his wisdom and advice but most importantly he genuinely cares for his students He even goes out of his way to help in anyway possible. I love him.

Great Professor. He has real-world experience in the Hotel/Management industry which makes the lectures interesting. I am excited each week to attend class. Professor Bentum is actually the only teacher that teaches almost all of the Hospitality classes. He is there to help you succeed and not fail. He will push you in the direction that he sees fit for YOU. He gives lots of extra credit, is very caring, and a funny guy. There is never a dull moment in any of his classes.
