Prof. J is amazing! The best teacher I've ever had & I mean EVER. He makes history come to life, relates it to current issues, & keeps you laughing the whole time. You'll need to study to earn your grade & he won't have sympathy if you don't show up for class. Very personable & caring. My only regret is I don't need more history classes!

Prof J is awesome! YOU WILL NOT PASS IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND HIS CLASS AND IF YOU DO NOT TAKE NOTES! Record his lectures and go back and redo your notes, trust me it will help! Make sure to read the chapters assigned BEFORE class! Hard to get an A but not impossible if you read, take notes, attend class, and record his lectures!

Prof J is an awesome teacher. We had him for a 7:00pm class but the class was always upbeat and ready to go. He will make hist easy to learn. You have to take notes. If you do not take notes you wont pass the class. His exams are all based of our notes and his notes. He explains history in a way you can understand. Thank you Prof. J!!

Not to easy for me cause I hate history, but Prof J is pretty cool! His exams are based on his lectures, so its a MUST you attend all his classes. Overall, you have to know how to take good notes and be organized. He knows his stuff and is passionate about the material. Take good notes, ask lots of questions, study, and you will pass!

professor J needs to be more receptive to questions, not dismissive. He needs to understand that everyone attending the University is an adult not a child. He treats his students like children, he also uses profanity every lecture. "RESPECT"!!! Not a good educator. Never used our books at all.

If u use HIS notes 4 HIS tests, u will pass.Dont read the book 4 u will see his notes or fallible. He will dismiss it if u bring it 2 his attention. He IS RUDE, SELF ABSORBED...He constantly uses profanity towards the class. A REAL ADULT intimidates him!!

Pro J is the best history professor i have ever taken. I totally recommend him he is straight forward, go to class, take good notes and you will do fine. I don't know why some people posted bad comments i can assure he is really nice and will be wiling to stay after class if you need help i promise you will find history fun and interesting

Pro J is a good lecturer, he can hold your attention. His lecturers were unorganized and he was all over the place. You can tell he really knows his stuff, but read the book his notes are confusing. Test are okay, but come to class every day take your notes and read you will be okay. Not an easy A but you can pass if you do what he asks.

Prof J is the BEST!!! I liked history going into this class, but listening to his lectures made me LOVE history. He is so interesting! Class is notes based. You MUST show up EVERYDAY and take good notes, otherwise you will fail the tests. Just come everyday,Take notes, read the books, and you will get an A. Awesome class! Awesome Professor!

Professor J is great! He has a lecture driven class. I?d advise taking handwritten notes in class & recording too. He?s somewhat unorganized, but extremely helpful & encourages questions. Gives 6-7 tests & a final(not accumulative);limited material on each. Assigns 1-2 book(easy/interesting)to read to be tested on. He makes class interesting.

My favorite teacher so far! I really like the way he teaches, I've never been so interested in history like I was in his class, he really cares for his students and if you dont understand anything, he wont mind re-teaching it to you again one on one! Take all his classes!!!

Prof Wilson is a good instructor. He talks to you like a father and gives advice. He wants his students to do well and is exceptionally friendly. However, he is not very organized :( We couldn't cover the material and had tests that weren't properly scheduled. He's wonderful though :) I'll take him again but maybe rush him next time

His class structure was very unorganized but the class wasn't hard to sit through because he has a good personality and is really down to earth. Class is absolutely mandatory, he skips around too much to miss even one.
