Comment:

Dr. Eckels is not an easy professor by any means. However, he is a fair teacher and is very willing to work with students to make sure they have the chance to succeed. If he makes a test too hard or puts things on it we haven't really done before he will be willing to curve the test appropriately. I would definitely recommend taking Thermodynamics with him.

Tests are overly difficult and tricky. Does not teach to the test or to problems. In class he teaches the main concepts and the rest is between you and the book. Makes the class harder than it needs to be.

When you have to take fluids and thermo, arrange your schedule for when he is teaching it. Definitely worth it, stay away from Fenton..
