His p-sets are hard but he's very accommodating. He has been teaching for ages, so he has honed his lecturing skills, but is also an active researcher, so he is up to date. He is also very good at making economics understandable for everyone, not just econ majors. I don't remember ever being seriously bored in any of his classes.

He'll call on you in class. The courseload is nice. Psets every week - he takes points off here and there. However, he's still a fair grader. Would recommend his class.
