Don't take this class! Any other PE class is better. She makes you do so much work just for 1 unit. Don't recommend you take it online, especially in summer! There's no many videos and writing you have to do, it's tedious. She's also rude.

Diane is by far the most caring professor you will come across. She made time for me when I was not able to make the mandatory meeting time at the beginning of classes. And followed up to make sure that I was understanding the tasks at hand. She made taking this course so much more fun because of the kindness she showed towards her students.

I didn't expect a pe teacher to be accessible and friendly! I love Diane and I can't wait to take another class with her. She is super responsive to the journals you turn in. The textbook work isn't hard, so definitely do that ! If I could do a 10/5 I could.

She is a nice but this ONE credit class is more like a 3 credit class. LOTS of homework! The only way to get an A is to memorize 25 muscles in the textbook. Who doesnt want an A? But, this is ridiculous. I just need this class to graduate like most of the students in the class. And she grades your weekly 5 journals like its an English paper.

Diane is very sweet and offers good feedback. Online class uses videos done by Joan and works for people who are very flexible and those who are not. Journals are easy. Final is a 15 minute stretch routine. You can earn an A in the class by using the textbook to learn about the muscles then explain one she picks out of a hat for you at the final.

Online stretch and flex is supper easy and Diane makes it easier. You have to watch the lessons and write journals. The final is super easy! It consists of a 15 minute stretch routine. If you need an easy 1 unit class take a PE course with her!

She is a great teacher!!! Her class is easy to pass as long as you show up, and participate. You get about 3 easy writing assignments, and the final is more like a short quiz. Diane does a great job of showing you many ways you could work out, and helps you find a workout routine that best fits your needs. Participation is very important to her.

Easiest A. Just do the work and you get an A. Only 3 things are needed for an A, writing a 1 page critique on a fitness video, doing the 26 journals, and showing up to your final. Your final is just you stretching with the class, she barley even looks up. 1 Con of class: journals take forever to do

Instructor Rudy is one of the best Physical Education Teachers at West Valley College. Her Weight Training Class is better than going to a gym as she motivates you with circuit training, Pre and Post Fitness Tests, Rowing Competitions and tons of other fun activities. I'm looking to take more classes with her.

Strength training was great. for a letter grade you must write your goal for the semester, attend every workout session, participate, have 25hours of gym time in, 2pg written assignment and the final. Easy A class. Her workout circuits are quite fun. Great class to take. Can't workout outside of school? Take her course.

Diane is such an amazing instructor. Her Fitness Walking Class is great for those who want to walk around Saratoga and would like to add cardio to their daily routine. There is a mix of hills and flat walks. Diane also uses online text and quizzes to make up absences. In addition at the end of the walk we do planks and other core exercises.

I took her PE 044 class online SP '10. She's a really nice, and extremely organized. You will know exactly what you have to do to get the grade you want. There is a moderate-heavy amount of reading, but that should be expected with any college class. Easy A.

Diane is a cool older lady. Super nice. Her weight training class is really fun and you can learn so much from her. she always walks around and helps those that want to be helped. I really recommend her. You will have a lot of fun with her.

Diane did a great job making this class interesting. She brought in lots of "toys" for people to try...like exercise balls, and those sheets you do sliding exercises on. She also does fitness testing at the beginning and end of the semester so you can measure how much you have improved.

I took the Personal Fitness Appraisal over the summer and learned a lot about health. The course is an easy credit,you complete worksheets related to your fitness appraisal using Microfit.This software helps you maintain your weight and lifestyle. If you need some extra credit then this is the class for you. All I can say is she is awsome!
