Great woman, tough but great. She knows her stuff but doesnt ****. And she doesnt like to be ****ted, but she will let you know that. Get to know her because she will be able to help you in any and everything is CJ. I would recommend taking every class she teaches because you learn so much, and her attitude is just priceless

Wonderful professor who is a benefit to ECU and the criminal justice department. Assignment are fair and on target with the class. She will not hand you a grade but will be fair in the event you give your effort to complete the assignments.

She is a great professor. It isn't hard to make in an A in her class if you do the assignments. She gives 5 literature reviews, 3 exams, a research papers and random quizzes. Quizzes and exams come directly from what she teaches in class.

I think Dr. Sharpe is one of the best teachers I've ever had in CJ. She would bend over backwards to help you, I can't understand those who don't like her. She is amazing and you're right, don't BS her. Know your stuff and be respected.

Wonderful teacher! She is very clear and basically tells you everything that you should know for each test! Tests are not multiple choice...mostly essay, but if you go to class you should get an A. Only gives pop quizzes when she notices a lot of people are absent. Would definitely take her again!

I read so many bad things about Dr. Sharpe, but she is truly wonderful. Great sense of humor and is really clear. The class always kept my interest and it was a lot of fun. If you respect her, she will be the best to you. Just go to class, skim read, and you'll be fine.

She was wonderful and helped fuel my decision to declare a major. You need to pay attention and come to class b/c she runs a tight ship, but it is NOT difficult at all to sit through her class. it's very involved and fun! I would definately suggest her

Great teacher that will bend over backwards to help you out. Make sure you read and listen during lectures though...tests are strongly based on both!! She knows her stuff!!
