Comment:

Mr. Littleton is wonderful. He is so nice and easy to talk to. He gives you time in class to work on your assignments and gives you plenty of time outside of class as well. My only complaint is that he does not use Canvas, so there was not a way to see your grade average throughout the semester. Overall, ENG 3040 is an easy class.

Comment:

Mr. Littleton is one of the best instructors I have ever had. The course is collaborative, meaning there is very little lecture time. The written assignments are introduced and Mr. Littleton gives examples and other specific instructions. Expect to write a lot. I learned a lot and enjoyed the class.

Funny guy and likes to joke around. He helps you know what you're writing and how to write. If you attend class you will do well. He wants to know you and know your writing technique. There's a lot of writing and research, but this is a writing course so get ready. He's pretty laid back.

He wasn't clear on directions for projects. 60% of the grade is made up of 4 assignments we got back before the final grade was posted, the last assignment is worth 40% of the grade. We can't see the grade we received, but can talk to him in the FALL if we want to discuss the grade or know what you got on the last paper!

His class was always really fun and relaxed. He expects you to put effort in your work but if he see's you tried he is pretty lenient when grading. Lectures were helpful too and usually were over the reading HW he assigned which was usually the only HW. His jokes always lightened the mood! I never minded going to class. Take him if you can!!

Mr. Littleton's class is pretty fun. Everything you learn in the class is extremely relevant information. The best part of the class is the jokes he tells to start class. He is laid back and extremely helpful. The assignments are reasonable and there is really no homework if you utilize class time. I highly recommend this professor.

Mr. Littleton is an awesome teacher. He has a really likeable personality and joked around a lot in class. He expects you to put in some effort in his assignments, but they weren't too bad. I really enjoyed his class and I'm debating on whether taking him for technical writing. I definitely recommend him to any major.

Mr. Littleton is very interested in the class, and will go out of his way to help you. His papers are typically easy, especially since he grades on actual content and not grammatical or organizational skill. He seems boring and stuffy at first, but as the class progresses he becomes hilarious and his class is extremely enjoyable. Very well-natured.

He is a super nice guy who treats his students well. **However,** if he is teaching with Mr. Noble in Spring 08, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! I am taking Hagarty's class now where Noble is the TA and it is HORRIBLE. The TA rips people apart and makes class miserable. Save yourself now.

Littleton is the man. Probably my favorite teacher here at Auburn. He knows every student by name, actually takes the time to read your assignments and makes hilarious comments daily. He does have a lot of assignments but gives you ample time to do them in class.I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE HIM!

DON'T be late!!! He's all about being on time to class. He is really funny & nice which makes class interesting. The projects are done on whatever you want to do them on but have very specigic guidelines. VERY time consuming though! Great teacher!

George is great teacher.. he is such a southern gentleman.. he grades fair and makes class enjoyable with fun stories and humorous comments on books and students. he helps a lot with your papers, but is crucial on grammer so make sure you go over everything several times. def take him!

GRAMMAR COUNTS!! he's a nice teacher but will count off a ton for bad grammar and punctuation. just check your work, he'll even do it for you before the due date. dont wait till the last minute for your 25 page paper though, that'll kill ya. ya he pokes fun of some students, but he's just joking, dont take the jokes seriously.
