Great guy, makes physics learnable, but it's still physics, which is tough. He wants everyone to get an A in this class, but if you don't go to class, you'll have trouble learning the material. 5 grades for 20% - Exam 1,2,&3 all worth 20%, final exam is 20% & the lab grade is 20%. He will let you count your final as 40% if you drop an exam grade.

Salamo is a PHENOMENAL teacher. I nearly failed highscool physics, but I am passing this class with an A-. He assigns homework, however it is usually not very applicable to what is being taught in the classroom. You definitely have to study for tests, but he offers all sorts of help in order to get you to pass. Lectures are long but YOU NEED TO GO.

Attendance not being mandatory made it really hard to get up and go, but lectures were usually pretty clear and simple. He get's sidetracked pretty easily though so there were parts of class that dragged on while he talked about something random.

Easy class, if you go. He doesn't take attendance and doesn't make you do the homework, but those are keys to passing his tests. The tests only have three questions, sometimes two, so its important to do the math right and to know the material. He offers an extra study time for additional help the day before tests. He was funny. I'd take him again.

Attendance wasn't mandatory so it made it hard to go to class. He messes up a lot. Helpful if you talk to him. I got a 30% first test, 87% second. Not a bad class. But I'd suggest University Physics I if possible.

Physics for Architects was almost too easy. Don't be afraid to ask dumb questions because Salamo is the nicest man you will ever meet.

He is such a nice teacher. He always explains until we are clear about the problem. IF you go to his classes regularly, you don't even need to do extra at home!!! I recommend you to take his class :)

Salamo is awesome. He is a very entertaining physics teacher and always speaks of himself in third person. He is always willing to answer any questions, no matter how stupid they are. He gives partial credit on problems... GO SALAMO!!!
