I liked Dr. S but you need to come to class for your participation points. Be prepared to read the textbook! He gives you what you need to pass so it's up to the student to put the work in. He uses personal stories to help students remember what we are learning, which is very helpful.

He is the nicest person but sometimes his teaching is confusing. If this is being taken for an elective please chose something else because this class entails a lot of work. If you are just looking for a class to fill your schedule I would advise you to look for an alternative.

Dr. S is an amazing professor. He expects hard work from his students, but isn't that his job? Students should be excited to actually have a professor that wants to teach and wants his students to learn! I hate the professors at CCC that are giving the students the bare minimum work and the excellent grade. What's the point in going to college?

This man knows his material, however very difficult and grading in some of his classes is unfair. 212 was fine but Cog. stinks! He is not able to relate to students and gets angery easily. Smart man, can't teach!

LOVE THIS MAN!!! You could not get much better than him. I just looooooooove him! His teaching style rocks, really great at making sure that everyone understands the material. He expects involvement in his classroom which helps people understand the different topics more. Excellent class, excellent professor.

I thought his class was pretty easy...he tells you exactly what you need to do to pass and if you do it, you get an A. The powerpoints are awesome, his examples are good and he makes it fun and funny. He'll do anything to help you out too. He's a great professor :o)

One of the best, most thorough professors at CCC! Intro to Psych was sooo easy and interesting that I was considering majoring in it. (this was due to Dr. S's teaching ability and how fun he made the class) Some people were picking fights with him because not all of the questions were common sense! shut your mouth and just study!Excellent professor
