I love this man! He was the person who made me realize I wanted to be an English major and I had SO much fun in all his classes (but also learned a ton!) I still think back to my classes with him quite often and appreciate every one of them.

Great guy. Learning comes naturally in his classes. All of the assignments made sense, added to and advanced the topics of the previous classes. With his help, I discovered a fascinating topic for my thesis -- one that I actually wanted to study, which was immensely satisfying when I was up late in the computer lab.

He is really nice and definitely knows what he is talking about. This class was a critical documentary film class and he is so nice that he is a bit of a pushover and doing the hw was unnecessary and we had like only 2 or 3 papers due the whole semester. But I still love him :)

Prof. Nolley is the greatest teacher I have ever had. Ken has a great personality which aids in both communicating the material, aiding in group discussions and providing a safe environment. In addition to being the most intelligent person I have ever met, he is extremely fun, easy going and is a joy to be around. Meet this man.

Class discussion is well managed, he pulls out the best of what students say. Provides a bit of background/theory at times, but not lecture-heavy. He can get off track, but it's still interesting when he does.

Nolley was the best teacher/professor I have EVER had. He makes you think to find your own answers, but still answers direct questions directly; he's also thinks well on his feet and even if he isn't a specialist in a subject, he can reason with you intelligently. I would take ANY class he teaches.

Nolley is a super nice guy and he knows his stuff. His class made me think about some things in a new light and I definitely learned some things from him. He's very understanding and more than willing to work with you outside of class. I would have liked a bit more structure, but overall Nolley's a good guy.

Sort of late on rating this...very good teacher. Made World Views seems like an Eng. class, but nonetheless, helpful, enthusiastic and interesting.
