She did a great job at facilitating an intellectual discussion between students about the readings each class. Readings are difficult as well as her quizzes and exams. Grades papers very strictly and expects the best possible work out of each student. You will end up a smarter person at the end, though.

Quiz every class so u have to do every reading. The quizzes aren't easy either and she can sometimes be hard to understand with her accent (although it's cool). She asks the quiz questions pretty quickly and then does not repeat the questions again so if u miss a question than it sucks for u She also doesn't use myclasses so u won't know ur grade

The class is pretty interesting for british literature. There is reading before every class and its good to do since the discussions are based on them. The midterm, final, and pop quizzes are hard and nit picky. Becareful…everything means something else…she doesn't like if you think something in the work is literally just what it is!

Had her for Austen's England, best prof I've ever had. Fun, enthusiastic, and extremely intelligent. She's a tough grader but she is happy to look over rough drafts and help you. Lots of reading and classes are mostly discussion. (Also she loves Breaking Bad and other TV shows and will talk about them with you.)

Dr. Morrison is completely amazing. She's the definition of a great professor and I am so glad I was lucky enough to get her for a semester. She's completely fair and knows what she's doing and won't deal with the nonsense. She mentored me for my research in New York this year and I just think she is a great asset to Salisbury's lit department.

Honestly my favorite class. If she teaches in the future, I'll be in the class. Caring, compassionate, truly human, and a great teacher. I thought I had learned a great deal from AP classes, but hers was so helpful for my writing and overall comprehension skills. TAKE HER. Do it.

Absolutely wonderful teacher! Be prepared to do a lot of reading, but the books are fairly interesting and diverse. She's a tough grader for papers, but she's more than willing to sit with you and read over your paper and make suggestions to make it better. Highly recommended, I wish I could take her for more classes.

She is one of the best professors I've ever encountered- she is willing to help you to no end. She's probably read about 7 drafts of one paper for me before, and her criticism is excellent. She's demanding but if you put in the effort she matches it.

Such a wonderful prof! Completely changed my world and my writing. This is the third or fourth time I have taken her and am dying to take another one! She is an English God! - On a side note: if you are not an English major then stay out! Non-English majors will have a hard time staying afloat. Must be well versed in English to do well!

I always got A's before taking her class and I liked this subject. I worked so hard in this class and she didnt seem to care. I went to seek help all the time. She would let you rewrite papers, I must have done that a million times and went to her for advice and she still gave me a D in the damn class!!!
